Mohammed has made it his life’s mission to create affective and measurable healthcare transformation. It was clear to him that fragmented and inequitable care is plaguing the global healthcare system committed to play a major role to remedy and transform healthcare. He realized the best way to create harmony between patient, payer and provider is by creating innovative evidence-based and value-based solutions that focus on a win-win-win approach for the stakeholders in healthcare.

Mohammed established ProximityFocal with his partners Prof. Roger Laham and Dr. Kenneth Rice in 2016. He noticed the potential for evidence-based and value-based care delivery while leveraging the latest technology gave an added advantage to create an inclusive and equitable e-healthcare ecosystem. His mission is to connect ProximityFocal’s healthcare solutions together and invite healthcare stakeholders to ProximityFocal’s continuum of value-based care with the sole target of continuously improving clinical outcomes to scale.


Mohammed received his post graduate training and education at Harvard Medical School and specialized in:

Mohammed received further operational training at the Structural Heart Center BIDMC, Joslin Diabetes research labs and BIDMC hospital management and patenting office.



Mohammed went on to receive an award from Harvard Medical School for best and most likely developed AI solution idea by Harvard. The idea focused on AI and diabetic foot amputation reduction and control in India.



Mohammed currently holds positions in:

Mohammed holds a Degree in Healthcare Management and Policy from Providence College, USA and attended Phillips Exeter Academy.
