Dr. Talal Ali AlShair

Dr. Talal is the founder and Chairman of Board of Directors of Shairco for Trading, Industry and Contracting: which specializes in investing and developing industrial projects,

He is also the chairman of the Board of Directors of each of the following companies:

– Fiberglass Oasis Company “FGOC”
– Advanced Metal Industries Complex Company “AMIC”,
– United Saudi Company for non-woven fabric sheets of polypropylene production “USC”.

He is also Board member emeritus of “TRONOX”, Board member of Tasnee and Sahara Olefins Company. And he is the Honorary consul of Australia in the Western Region.

He held the position of Chairman and CEO of Titanium Dioxide Company Ltd. “Cristal”, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Industrialization Company “Tasnee”, Chairman of AlMasane AlKobra Mining Co. “AMAK”, Chairman of the Yanbu Chamber of Commerce, Board member of each of IAIC for Cooperative Insurance “Salama”, “Tajeer Company”, member of the Madinah Region Council, US-Saudi Relations Committee in the “Jeddah Chamber”, the National Committee for Export Promotion, and the National Industrial Committee.

Dr. Talal holds a Ph.D. in International Business Administration in 1987 from Kennedy Western University in the United States of America, a master’s degree in management science in 1978 from the University of Maine in the United States of America, and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering in 1977 from the same university.
